These headers are the best in all areas. Performance, Durability, Reliability, Fitment, Versatility, and ease of install. These headers are based upon a proven, unique design that has been used very successfully for over 3 years. It is a high-quality unit, made by a leading manufacturer who has produced many types of headers over the years. The pipes have been specially designed and made to optimize flow with large radius bends and smooth transition joints. This aids flow at high RPM's. There are 2 versions, mild steel and stainless steel. In both models, the tube thickness is greater than any Buick turbo header for extended life from cracking. Flanges are 1/2" thick laser cut, and made to fit 8 bolt and 14 bolt heads. Port flange outlets are as large, or larger than any currently available header. Installation is very simple and easy. A socket can be used on every attachment bolt/nut. The header pipes do not hinder spark plug access. On a GN with factory A/C, a 3-1/2" THDP can easily be used with no modifications required to car or pipe. Crossover pipe is 2 pieces with a unique, leak proof slip joint [pat. pending]. The slip joint allows adjustment for differences in type of heads and engine machining. The crossover will clear block girdles and mini-starters. The crossover to header flanges are CNC machined and both tapered for a very tight fit. The pipe/header joint has an overlap fit into the header. A gasket can be used if desired. These headers will be sold as a complete kit, Header flange gaskets and a turbo flange gasket will be included. All hardware, clamps and stud kits will be part of the package. !!!!!!! Attention these headers are designed to work with aftermarket downpipes only !!!!!!! Just wanted to say thank you for the Check for winning TSM with your headers. I changed the cam ( from a Comp 206 roller to a Comp 218 roller) and removed a set of Poston headers to install yours. Between the two changes the car picked up .66 and 10 mph!!! The car ran a best of 10.03 with a best mph of 135.55. (1.50 60' I'm working on that) It has a 67GTQ turbo and Champion Iron Heads.( and cold A/C). Here is a picture of the car, you can see your crossover pipe under it. See you at Indy... Thanks Again Don Palumbo
